1.Object

The terms and conditions contained in these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter also, Conditions or General Conditions), constitute the general conditions of regulation of access and use of the Sites owned and managed by the owner and provider of services of the information society Beedigital AI, SAU S.A.U., (hereinafter Beedigital) with NIF A 84619485 and domiciled at Avda. Some of our Sites have their own Particular Conditions which, depending on the case, will complete, modify or replace the present General Conditions.

In addition, these Conditions are completed with the Privacy Policy of our Sites as well as that of each product or service contained in any of the Beedigital Sites.

The use of any of the Beedigital Sites implies full acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions contained herein, as well as the Particular Conditions that, where appropriate, are established in some Sites.

Within the expression “Sites” “Site” or Beedigital’s web, are included -with delimitative but not limiting character- both this web site and those others to which the User accesses through the navigation in this Site that are also owned and operated by Beedigital, as well as the data, texts, graphics, images, animations, musical creations, videos, sounds, drawings, photographs, industrial designs, furniture designs and others included in the same, and, in general, all the creations expressed by any means or support, tangible or intangible.

The access to the Sites of Beedigital implies that the User acquires a series of rights and obligations, in order to guarantee the adequate enjoyment of the general services, particulars and contents that are in the same and that Beedigital makes available to the User.

The condition of User is acquired by accessing the Sites.

2. Free of charge and no subscription or registration is required.

The access and/or use of the Sites of Beedigital is free of charge, except for those services that are so indicated in their respective Particular Conditions.

3. User registration

Beedigital is not responsible for the consequences derived from the breach by the User of the General Conditions of Use, or in its case, of the Particular Conditions regulating some services, collected within any of the Sites of Beedigital.

All the services accessed through our Sites, including any action or the performance of any obligation and/or right between the Users of the Sites and the advertisers, are considered performed between these two parties, being Beedigital exempt from any type of responsibility.

For the case of any responsibility demandable to Beedigital, it will only respond for the damages effectively and directly caused by it, without including in any case compensation for loss of profit.

Our Sites can be disconnected or altered without prior notice, not generating any responsibility for Beedigital with the User or with third parties for this reason.

Beedigital is not responsible for the malfunction of the system when this is due to technical conditions or third party causes.

9. Recipients of the user’s personal data

On the basis of the processing of personal data described in the previous section, Beedigital informs the user that it intends to communicate his personal data to the following third parties as indicated below:

a. Beedigital will publish the personal data of the user as a trader, businessman and professional in the different Beedigital directories contained in any medium for the purposes of commercial exploitation and public consultation of the same by third parties.

9.2 Voluntary transfers with a legal basis in the consent granted by the user:

To users of Beedigital’s official pages on social networks, in which case, it will be the user him/herself who decides on the transfer of his/her data to third parties, in accordance with those parts of the service whose use allows him/her to voluntarily share information with other users of Beedigital’s official pages.

Beedigital contracts different entities that provide pre-sales services, telesales of advertising services, advertising production, after-sales services, IT support and recovery, through data processing contracts to support the processing purposes indicated in this policy.

9.4 Beedigital informs the user that any other communication of personal data that must be made, will be made known to the user when so provided by current legislation, informing the user in a precise and unequivocal express manner of the recipients of the information, the purpose for which the data will be used and the nature of the data transferred or, where appropriate, when the legislation so provides, the unequivocal, specific and informed consent of the user will be requested beforehand. 10. Exercise of rights.

Beedigital informs the user of the possibility of exercising, under the terms determined by the applicable regulations, the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, opposition, portability and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling. 11. Exercise of other rights in relation to electronic commerce and commercial advertising communications.

Beedigital informs the user who has expressly authorised the sending of commercial advertising communications and/or newsletters by e-mail that, under the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the user has the right to oppose the processing of their data for promotional purposes for the receipt of commercial communications, advertising and/or newsletters, as well as the right to revoke at any time the consent given for this purpose with the simple notification of their will to Beedigital and/or by sending an e-mail.
To this end, the user may send a communication requesting the cessation of the sending of commercial communications, advertising and/or newsletters, by revocation of consent and/or opposition to the e-mail address: protecciondatos@beedigital.es indicating BAJA in the subject line.

Beedigital will attend to your request, keeping the minimum data necessary to adopt the necessary measures to prevent the sending of such commercial communications.

Beedigital will keep the user’s personal data for as long as the processing is maintained and the user does not request its deletion.

13. International transfers.

In the event that the user is a trader, businessman and/or professional, Beedigital may transfer their personal data with the authorisation of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, merely for the purposes of being in charge of the processing.

Social networks are services provided by third-party providers that allow users to participate in a virtual community with other users through which they can create their own public profile where they can create and share content, information and personal data with other users of the network.
